Let's work together to create a roadmap for growth, healing, and lasting change.
Shame
Shame often gets in the way of almost everything else in our lives, and it's pretty sneaky about it. It sneaks in as negative self-talk, then balloons into core things we begin to believe about ourselves. Understanding and healing from our shame can help us see things through the lens of reality, giving you more stable ground to build your life on.
Depression & Anxiety
When we ignore emotions and other messages from our body, often those stored up emotions can come bubbling up and spill over in not-so-useful moments. This may feel like darkness, a racing heart, or overwhelming feelings of fear. Coming to understand what your body is trying to tell you it needs will help you address those emotions in a healthy and productive way.
Addiction
Unwanted behaviors often stem from unmet needs. Our bodies are made to survive and manage life. Healing wounds and shame will allow you to stop the cycle of trying to manage unwanted behavior and move into living a healed and free life.
